Presentation Rules

The approved scientific papers, technical reports, posters, and PTT (Technical/Technological Products) reports will be presented in online oral sessions.

RULES FOR PRESENTATION OF SCIENTIFIC PAPERS AND TECHNICAL REPORTS

  • Each session will have a coordinator responsible for introducing the authors, managing the presentation time, and organizing the discussion of the works;
  • Presenters are requested to arrive in the room at least ten (10) minutes in advance;
  • Each work will be presented in a maximum of 15 minutes, with the session coordinator facilitating the discussion at the end of the last presentation;
  • The presentation should be done using PowerPoint, and there is no mandatory format for the presentation;
  • Using the template is not mandatory; it is only a suggestion;
  • During the presentation, the author(s) must share their file by sharing their computer screen.

RULES FOR POSTER PREPARATION AND PRESENTATION

  • Poster presentation sessions will follow a format similar to that of scientific paper sessions.
  • Parallel poster presentation sessions will be part of the general program.
  • Use of the provided template for poster preparation is mandatory.
  • Template sections may be edited to better suit the poster’s content; however, the poster’s general characteristics (including the header with the event logo) must be maintained.
  • The title of the work on the poster must be identical to the title of the work submitted to the event.
  • For the presentation, the author(s) must generate a PDF of the poster and share their computer screen.

RULES FOR PRESENTING TECHNICAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL PRODUCT REPORTS (PTT)

  • PTT presentation sessions will follow a format similar to that of scientific paper sessions.
  • Parallel PTT presentation sessions will be part of the general program.
  • Each paper will be presented within a maximum of 15 minutes; the session coordinator will facilitate a discussion following the final presentation.
  • The provided templates must be used for presentations; the content within them serves only as a suggestion to guide the author.

RULES FOR DOCTORAL CONSORTIUM PRESENTATIONS

  • Presentations at the International Doctoral Consortium will be conducted exclusively in Portuguese, as will the professors’ comments on the presented work.
  • The doctoral student will have 10 minutes for their presentation, followed by comments from participating faculty members.
