Presentation Rules

APPROVED scientific articles, technical reports, posters, and Technical/Technological Product Reports (PTTs) will be presented in oral sessions.

PRESENTATION GUIDELINES FOR SCIENTIFIC ARTICLES AND TECHNICAL REPORTS 

  • Each session will have a coordinator responsible for introducing the authors, keeping track of time, and organizing the discussion of the presentations.
  • Presenters are required to arrive in the room at least ten (10) minutes before the session begins.
  • Each presentation must not exceed 15 minutes, with discussions conducted by the session moderator after the last presentation.
  • Presentations must be in PowerPoint format, and the design/formatting is at the presenter’s responsibility.
  • The use of the official template is optional and only a suggested model.
  • During the presentation, authors must share their screen to display their file.

POSTER DESIGN AND PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

  • Poster presentation sessions will follow a format similar to scientific article sessions.
  • Parallel sessions of poster presentations will be part of the general event schedule.
  • The use of the official template is mandatory for posters.
  • The blocks in the template may be edited to better suit the content, but the general structure, including the event logo in the header, must be preserved.
  • The poster title must match exactly the title of the submission accepted for the event.
  • For the presentation, authors must generate a PDF file of their poster and share their screen during the session.

PRESENTATION GUIDELINES FOR TECHNICAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL PRODUCT REPORTS – PTT

  • PTT presentation sessions will follow a format similar to scientific article sessions.
  • PTT presentations will be part of the parallel sessions in the official event schedule.
  • Each presentation will be limited to 15 minutes, followed by discussion conducted by the moderator after the final presentation.
  • The use of the official template is mandatory, but the content is only a suggestion to guide the authors.

PRESENTATION GUIDELINES FOR THE DOCTORAL CONSORTIUM

  • Presentations for the International Doctoral Consortium will be conducted exclusively in English, including comments from the professors.
  • Doctoral students will have 10 minutes to present their work, followed by feedback and comments from participating professors.
