The evolution of global markets and technological advancements have transformed how companies formulate and implement their strategies. The current business environment requires researchers and managers to understand complex challenges that impact value creation and organizational competitiveness. In this context, the XIII SINGEP-CIK invites Strategy researchers to contribute studies that engage with the six major strategic challenges identified by the Strategic Management Society (SMS), connecting theory and practice in the search for innovative insights and applicable solutions.

Furthermore, the growing demand for sustainable practices is redefining business models and requiring new strategic approaches to balance financial, social, and environmental objectives. The continuous pursuit of innovation and growth must be balanced with pressures for operational efficiency and budgetary constraints. Executive leadership faces an environment of increasing complexity and uncertainty. The advancement of Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, and emerging technologies is reshaping competitive dynamics and decision-making. Organizational inclusion and equity have been linked to higher levels of innovation and organizational performance. The reconfiguration of global supply chains, geopolitical tensions, and shifts in international trade flows challenge business strategies and interorganizational arrangements.

The XIII SINGEP-CIK encourages submissions that explore these challenges through different methodological approaches, whether empirical or theoretical studies, involving qualitative and/or quantitative data. We seek research that advances academic knowledge and provides practical contributions to managers and policymakers.

We invite the academic community to participate in this discussion, promoting the exchange of ideas that can drive new perspectives and strategic solutions for the future of business.
