Poster Formatting

  • Each author may submit a maximum of 4 papers to the XI SINGEP-CIK event.
    Each paper may have up to 4 authors.
    Template: The use of the template is mandatory. Files that are forwarded without the template will be automatically declassified. (click here to download).

    Language: Portuguese, English, or Spanish
    Text source: Times New Roman, body 12
    Line spacing: single
    Character spacing: normal
    Page limit: minimum 2, maximum 4 pages
    Paper Size: A4
    Margins: Top: 3cm / Bottom: 2 cm / Left: 3 cm / Right: 2 cm
    Paragraph: Justified text
    Pagination: The number of pages in the footer, with alignment on the right side, is already in the template.
    Notes: They should not be placed in the footer but inserted as endnotes.

    Figures and Tables: All figures and tables must have legends and follow APA standards. Therefore, in the case of figures (tables, graphs, drawings, etc.), the respective legends should be positioned below them, justified on the left, with Times New Roman font, size 10 (ten). In the tables, the captions should be positioned above them, should be centered, and have Times New Roman font, size 10 (ten).
    Citations and bibliographic references: Citations should be inserted in the body of the text, according to the author-date system, adding the page number in the case of direct citation. The bibliographic references should be presented in alphabetical order at the end of the work, according to the American Psychological Association (APA) standard.
    Observations:
    Papers that do not comply with the characteristics and technical criteria required will not have their submission accepted.
    The work must be sent in a single (1) file, without identification of authors, without institution, and without e-mail. Works whose authorship is identified will be automatically excluded from the event.

    POSTER MODE
    The document submitted for the poster modality must contain a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of four (4) pages, including illustrations, references, and endnotes.
    Structured Abstract (must appear only in the submission platform):
    We suggest that authors prepare the structured Abstract in a separate document and copy and paste each item into the specific field at the time of submission.
    The structured Abstract of the poster includes the following items and, in its composition, must have a maximum of 250 words:
    1. Study objective (maximum 42 words)
    2. Relevance/originality (maximum 42 words)
    3. Methodology/approach (maximum 42 words)
    4. Main results (maximum 42 words)
    5. Theoretical/methodological contributions (maximum 42 words)
    6. Social/management contributions (maximum 42 words)
    The Title, the Structured Abstract, and the Keywords must be written in two versions, regardless of the language chosen for the submission of the poster: 1st version in Portuguese; and the 2nd version in English.
    Fields to be filled in the submission platform:
    1. Title of the work in Portuguese: in capital letters.
    1. Title of the work in English: in capital letters.
    1. Keywords: in Portuguese, at least three (3) and at most five (5).
    1. Keywords: in English, they must be the same as those defined in Portuguese.
