Formatting Poster

Each author can submit a maximum of 4 papers for the XIII SINGEP-CIK event.

Each paper can have up to 4 authors.

Template: The use of the template is mandatory. Files submitted without the template will be automatically disqualified. (Click here to Download the Template).

File format for submission: PDF

Language: Portuguese, English or Spanish

Font: Times New Roman, size 12

Line Spacing: simple

Character Spacing: normal

Page limit: minimum 8, maximum 16 pages

Paper Size: A4

Margins: Top: 3cm / Bottom: 2 cm / Left: 3 cm / Right: 2 cm

Paragraphs: Justified Text

Pagination: Page numbers placed in the footer, right-aligned, already included in the template.

Note: Should not be placed in the footer but instead added as endnotes.

Figures and Tables: All figures and tables must have captions and follow APA guidelines. For figures (charts, graphs, drawings, etc.): captions should be placed below, left-aligned, in Times New Roman size 10. For Tables: captions should be placed above, centered, and in Times New Roman, size 10.

Citations and references: Citations should be included within the body of the text, following the author-date system, with page numbers added for direct quotes. References should be listed in alphabetical order at the end of the paper, following American Psychological Association (APA) guidelines.

Notes:

Papers that do not meet the formatting and technical criteria will not be accepted.

The paper must be submitted in a single file, with no identification of authors, institutions, or emails. Papers with identifiable authorship will be automatically excluded from the event.

POSTER MODALITY

The document submitted for the poster modality must contain a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of four (4) pages, including illustrations, references, and endnotes.

Structured Abstract (should only be included on the submission platform):

Authors are advised to prepare the structured abstract in a separate document and copy-paste each item into the appropriate field during submission.

The structured abstract of the technical report should contain the following items and must be no more than 250 words in total:

  • Study Objective (maximum of 42 words)
  • Relevance/Originality (maximum of 42 words)
  • Methodology/Approach (maximum of 42 words)
  • Main Results (maximum of 42 words)
  • Theoretical/Methodological Contributions (maximum of 42 words)
  • Social/Managerial Contributions (maximum of 42 words)

The Title, Structured Abstract, and Keywords must be written in two versions, regardless of the language of the article: version in Portuguese; and the version in English.

Fields to be completed on the submission platform:

  • Title in Portuguese: In uppercase letters.
  • Title in English: In uppercase letters.
  • Keywords: in Portuguese, minimum of 3, maximum of 5.
  • Keywords: in English, must be the same as those defined in Portuguese.
  • Structured Abstract fields: In Portuguese
  • Structured Abstract fields: In English

Suggested structure in the poster format (textual part):

(Do not include the structured abstract in the PDF. It should be included only on the submission platform).
