Project management plays a vital role in building resilient societies, capable of adapting and thriving in an ever-changing world. The evolution of governance practices and the incorporation of digital technologies have redefined the way projects are carried out, demanding new organizational, team, and individual competencies. The strategic role of Project Management Office in portfolio management, as well as in promoting maturity and alignment with institutional objectives, becomes increasingly relevant in the face of contemporary challenges. In the public and third sectors, the pursuit of greater efficiency and social impact demands innovative and sustainable approaches. Moreover, Industry 4.0 and 5.0, along with artificial intelligence, are revolutionizing decision-making processes, while agile and hybrid methodologies drive project flexibility and adaptability. Sustainability, in turn, emerges as a guiding principle, connecting scientific research in project management to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and to the strengthening of organizations and communities.

In this context, the XIII SINGEP-CIK invites researchers in the field of Project Management to contribute to the advancement of knowledge and practices, considering the challenges and opportunities of a digital and sustainable world. This call for papers seeks studies that explore innovative methodologies and tools, agile and hybrid approaches, as well as effective governance models and strategies for knowledge and learning management in projects. We especially welcome papers that investigate project management in entrepreneurial environments, such as startups and fintechs, as well as research on project management and intrapreneurship or social entrepreneurship. In addition, we encourage submissions that analyze the social impact of project management and its contributions to more resilient, sustainable, and technologically integrated societies.

The XIII SINGEP-CIK encourages submissions that explore these challenges through various methodological approaches, whether theoretical or empirical, involving qualitative and/or quantitative data. We seek research that advances academic knowledge and offers practical contributions to managers and policymakers.
