- TITLE (in the language of the text)
- Context of the problem: present the problem situation and/or improvement opportunity related to the analyzed context (organization/government/social actors involved);
- Diagnosis and Development of the PTT: present the scientific framework guiding the diagnosis and the selection of the adopted PTT. Describe the process of PTT development;
- Adoption and Contributions of the PTT: present how the PTT was adopted/implemented and how it can be adopted/implemented by other organizations/government/social actors and in other contexts. Describe the contributions of the PTT adoption considering the PTT evaluation items according to the evaluation sheet from CAPES area 27 (CAPES 2020):
- Adherence: description of the relationship/affinity of the production with the program’s area of concentration, especially considering adherence to research lines and projects of research, innovation, or technological development: a) Product’s adherence to the program’s research lines/actions. b) Product’s adherence to the program’s research, innovation, or technological development projects. If described by authors not linked to graduate programs, specify to which area(s) (Public Administration and Business, Accounting Sciences, and Tourism) the PTT adheres.
- Impact: refers to the transformation caused by the PTT in the environment (organization, community, locality, etc.) to which it is intended. The reason for the creation, the relevance of the requester’s issue, and the product’s application focus must be declared. The potential and realized impact of the product are evaluated: a) Realized impact: low, medium, or high transformation of the intended environment. Only described if the PTTs are already in use or have produced impacts. b) Potential impact: low, medium, or high transformative capacity of the intended environment. Refers to the expected, i.e., potential impact of the PTT.
- Applicability: the ease with which the PTT can be employed to achieve its specific objectives and its ability to be replicable in other contexts. The potential and realized applicability of the product are evaluated: a) Realized applicability: the degree of ease (low, medium, or high) with which the product was employed to achieve its specific objectives. b) Potential applicability: the degree of ease (low, medium, or high) with which the product can be employed to achieve its specific objectives. c) Replicability: the possibility of replication being restricted, unrestricted, scalable.
- Innovation: the intensity of novel knowledge used in the creation and development of the product. The level of innovation is assessed in: a) High – radical innovation, paradigm shift; b) Medium – incremental innovation, modification of pre-established knowledge; c) Low – adaptive innovation, use of pre-existing knowledge;
- Complexity: the degree of interaction of the actors, relationships, and knowledge necessary for the elaboration and development of technical-technological products. The complexity of the product is assessed in: a) High – association of new knowledge and different actors (laboratories, companies, etc.) to solve problems. b) Medium – modification/adaptation of pre-established knowledge by different actors (laboratories, companies, etc.). c) Low – combination of pre-existing knowledge by different or the same actors.
