The current context, marked by rapid changes and demands for sustainable solutions, challenges researchers and entrepreneurs to explore new paradigms that promote competitiveness and organizational resilience.

In this scenario, the XIII SINGEP-CIK invites contributions that investigate how innovation, entrepreneurship, and startups are transforming businesses, organizations, markets, and industries.

Furthermore, the critical integration between technological innovation and social responsibility is reshaping the landscape for modern enterprises, where success is measured not only by economic prosperity but also by positive impact on society and the environment. This approach drives the emergence of innovative business models and the reconfiguration of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
