The evolution of global markets and the advancement of technology have transformed how companies formulate and implement their strategies. Today’s business environment requires researchers and managers to understand complex challenges that impact value creation and organizational competitiveness. In this context, the XIII SINGEP-CIK invites researchers in the field of Strategy to contribute studies that engage with the six grand strategic challenges identified by the Strategic Management Society (SMS), connecting theory and practice in the pursuit of innovative insights and applicable solutions.

Furthermore, the growing demand for sustainable practices is redefining business models and requires new strategic approaches to balance financial, social, and environmental objectives. The continuous pursuit of innovation and growth must be balanced with operational efficiency pressures and budget constraints. Executive leadership faces an increasingly complex and uncertain environment. Advances in Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, and emerging technologies are reshaping competitive dynamics and decision-making. Organizational inclusion and equity have been linked to higher levels of innovation and performance. The reconfiguration of global supply chains, geopolitical tensions, and changes in international trade flows challenge corporate strategies and interorganizational arrangements.

The XIII SINGEP-CIK encourages submissions that explore these challenges through various methodological approaches, whether through empirical or theoretical studies, using qualitative and/or quantitative data. We seek research that advances academic knowledge and offers practical contributions to managers and policymakers.

We invite the academic community to take part in this discussion, promoting the exchange of ideas that can drive new perspectives and strategic solutions for the future of business.

Papers in the Strategy track for the XIII SINGEP-CIK may focus on the following topics:
