For figures (charts, graphs, drawings, etc.): captions should be <strong>placed below<\/strong>, left-aligned, in Times New Roman, size 10. For tables: captions should be <strong>placed above<\/strong>, <strong>centered<\/strong>, and in <em>Times New Roman<\/em>, size 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Citations and references:<\/strong>&nbsp;Citations should be included within the body of the text, following the <strong>author-date system<\/strong>, with page numbers added for direct quotes. References should be listed in <strong>alphabetical order<\/strong> at the end of the paper, following American Psychological Association&nbsp;(APA) guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Papers that do not meet the formatting and technical criteria will not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The paper must be submitted in a single file, with no identification of authors, institutions, or emails. Papers with identifiable authorship will be automatically excluded from the event.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SCIENTIFIC ARTICLE CATEGORY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The scientific article must be between eight (8) and sixteen (16) pages, including illustrations, references, and endnotes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Structured Abstract<\/strong>(<em>to be included only on the submission platform):<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Authors are advised to prepare the structured abstract in a separate document and copy and paste each item into the appropriate field during submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The structured abstract should be <strong>no more than 250 words<\/strong> and must include the following items:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Study Objective (maximum of 42 words)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevance\/Originality (maximum of 42 words)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Methodology\/Approach (maximum of 42 words)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Main Results (maximum of 42 words)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Theoretical\/Methodological Contributions (maximum of 42 words)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social\/Managerial Contributions (maximum of 42 words)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Title<\/strong>, <strong>Structured Abstract<\/strong>, and <strong>Keywords<\/strong> must be written in <strong>two versions<\/strong>, regardless of the language of the article:&nbsp;<strong> version in Portuguese<\/strong>; and the&nbsp;<strong> version in English<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fields to be filled in on the submission platform:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Task\u2019s title in Portuguese: in uppercase letters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Task\u2019s title in English: in uppercase letters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keywords: in Portuguese, Minimum of three (3), maximum of five (5).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keywords: in English, must be the same as definied in Portuguese.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Structured Abstract fields: in Portuguese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Structured Abstract fields: in English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Suggested structure for the article (textual part)<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>(Do not include the structured abstract in the PDF.
