{"id":9650,"date":"2014-05-23T12:08:52","date_gmt":"2014-05-23T15:08:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/singep.org.br\/template\/regras-para-submissao\/regra-das-apresentacao\/"},"modified":"2025-09-19T10:48:19","modified_gmt":"2025-09-19T13:48:19","slug":"regra-das-apresentacao","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/singep.org.br\/13\/en\/regras-para-submissao\/regra-das-apresentacao\/","title":{"rendered":"Presentation Rules"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>APPROVED scientific articles, technical reports, posters, and Technical\/Technological Product Reports (PTTs) will be presented in oral sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>PRESENTATION GUIDELINES FOR SCIENTIFIC ARTICLES AND TECHNICAL REPORTS<\/u><\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each session will have a coordinator responsible for introducing the authors, keeping track of time, and organizing the discussion of the presentations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presenters are required to arrive in the room at least ten (10) minutes before the session begins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each presentation must not exceed 15 minutes, with discussions conducted by the session moderator after the last presentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presentations must be in PowerPoint format, and the design\/formatting is at the presenter\u2019s responsibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The use of the official template is optional and only a suggested model.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During the presentation, authors must share their screen to display their file.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/singep.org.br\/13\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2025\/09\/Template_XIISINGEP_Apresentacao-de-Trabalhos_2025.EN_.pptx\"><strong>Scientific Article &amp; Technical Report Presentation Template<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>POSTER DESIGN AND PRESENTATION GUIDELINES<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Poster presentation sessions will follow a format similar to scientific article sessions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parallel sessions of poster presentations will be part of the general event schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The use of the official template is mandatory for posters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The blocks in the template may be edited to better suit the content, but the general structure, including the event logo in the header, must be preserved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The poster title must match exactly the title of the submission accepted for the event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the presentation, authors must generate a PDF file of their poster and share their screen during the session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/singep.org.br\/13\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2025\/09\/Template_XIISingep_Posters_2025.PT_.pptx\"><strong>Mandatory Poster Template<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>PRESENTATION GUIDELINES FOR TECHNICAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL PRODUCT REPORTS \u2013 PTT<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>PTT presentation sessions will follow a format similar to scientific article sessions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PTT presentations will be part of the parallel sessions in the official event schedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each presentation will be limited to 15 minutes, followed by discussion conducted by the moderator after the final presentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The use of the official template is mandatory, but the content is only a suggestion to guide the authors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/singep.org.br\/13\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2025\/09\/Template_XIISINGEP_Apresentacao-PTT_2025.pptx\"><strong>PTT Template Presentation<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>PRESENTATION GUIDELINES FOR THE DOCTORAL CONSORTIUM<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Presentations for the International Doctoral Consortium will be conducted exclusively in English, including comments from the professors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Doctoral students will have <strong>10 minutes<\/strong> to present their work, followed by <strong>feedback and comments<\/strong> from participating professors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/singep.org.br\/13\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2025\/09\/Template_XIISINGEP_Consorcio-doutoral_2025.pptx\"><strong>Doctoral Consortium Presentation Template<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>APPROVED scientific articles, technical reports, posters, and Technical\/Technological Product Reports (PTTs) will be presented in oral sessions.
