(<a href=\"https:\/\/singep.org.br\/13\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/20\/2025\/04\/template_XIIISINGEP_Poster_2025.docx\">Click here to Download the Template<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>File format for submission:&nbsp;<\/strong>PDF<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Language:<\/strong>&nbsp;Portuguese, English or Spanish<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Font:&nbsp;<\/strong>Times New Roman, size 12<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Line Spacing:<\/strong>&nbsp;simple<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Character Spacing:&nbsp;<\/strong>normal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Page limit<\/strong>:&nbsp;minimum 8, maximum 16 pages<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Paper Size:<\/strong>&nbsp;A4<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Margins:<\/strong>&nbsp;Top: 3cm \/ Bottom: 2 cm \/ Left: 3 cm \/ Right: 2 cm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Paragraphs:<\/strong>&nbsp;Justified Text<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pagination:<\/strong>&nbsp;Page numbers placed in the footer, right-aligned, already included in the template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:&nbsp;<\/strong>Should not be placed in the footer but instead added as endnotes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Figures and Tables:&nbsp;<\/strong>All figures and tables must have captions and follow APA guidelines. For figures (charts, graphs, drawings, etc.): captions should be placed below, left-aligned, in Times New Roman size 10. For Tables: captions should be placed above, centered, and in Times New Roman, size 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Citations and references:<\/strong>&nbsp;Citations should be included within the body of the text, following the author-date system, with page numbers added for direct quotes. References should be listed in alphabetical order at the end of the paper, following American Psychological Association (APA) guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Papers that do not meet the formatting and technical criteria will not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The paper must be submitted in a single file, with no identification of authors, institutions, or emails. Papers with identifiable authorship will be automatically excluded from the event.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>POSTER MODALITY<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The document submitted for the <strong>poster modality<\/strong> must contain a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of four (4) pages, including illustrations, references, and endnotes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Structured Abstract <\/strong><em>(should only be included on the submission platform):<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Authors are advised to prepare the structured abstract in a separate document and copy-paste each item into the appropriate field during submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The structured abstract of the technical report should contain the following items and must be no more than <strong>250 words<\/strong> in total:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Study Objective (maximum of 42 words)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevance\/Originality (maximum of 42 words)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Methodology\/Approach (maximum of 42 words)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Main Results (maximum of 42 words)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Theoretical\/Methodological Contributions (maximum of 42 words)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social\/Managerial Contributions (maximum of 42 words)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Title, Structured Abstract, and Keywords must be written in two versions, regardless of the language of the article: <strong>version in Portuguese<\/strong>; and the <strong>version in English<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fields to be completed on the submission platform:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Title in Portuguese: In uppercase letters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Title in English: In uppercase letters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keywords: in Portuguese, minimum of 3, maximum of 5.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keywords: in English, must be the same as those defined in Portuguese.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Structured Abstract fields: In Portuguese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Structured Abstract fields: In English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Suggested structure in the poster format (textual part):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>(Do not include the structured abstract in the PDF.
